Penmaenmawr Golf Club is a members’ club, run by a committee of volunteers elected by members at our Annual General Meeting. This page shows who they are, what they look after, and how to get in touch with them.

The Management Committee meets monthly to look after the running of the club, from the course and the clubhouse to events, finances and membership.

Sub-committees

Much of the club’s work is done by smaller groups who report back to the Management Committee each month.

Greens Committee
Looks after the course and takes members’ suggestions on how it plays and is presented. If you have an idea for the course, tell your Greens Committee representative or send it in using the details below. Social Committee
Plans the club’s events, from presentation nights to parties and themed evenings. Chair: Sue Ashby, Secretary: Aled Thomas, Members: Nicky Perry, Emma Morgan

Marketing Committee
Promotes the club, our events and our facilities to members and visitors, and looks after the website and social media. Chair: Daniel Hambleton-Wood, Members: Sue Ashby, Mike Brown, Keyleigh Roberts

The Lady Captain represents the Ladies’ Section on the Management Committee.

We want to hear from you, whether it’s a concern, a suggestion or a compliment.

The best way is to put it in writing to the Club Secretary at clubhouse@pengolf.co.uk, or hand a note to the clubhouse. Every message is passed to the Management Committee and looked at properly and fairly.

Please don’t worry about how formal it needs to be. Positive feedback is just as welcome as issues.

Meetings and Minutes

The Management Committee meets monthly, on the third Monday. Minutes are displayed on the noticeboard in the clubhouse, and are also available on request from the Secretary.
