The information we collect about you can include your name, address, DOB, email address, bank details, phone number/s, membership number, golf handicap, date you became a member.

Why does the club require your information?
We collect information about you to administer your membership of Penmaenmawr Golf Club and provide membership information and membership benefits to you. It’s most important that your data is accurate and it is the responsibility of each member to make necessary changes to your data by notifying the club secretary.
Who do we share your Data with?
We share your data with HandicapMaster (our membership system) and subject to your approval we also share your contact details with other members.
Your data will be used to notify via email or by post regarding club news i.e. golf competitions, social events, newsletter and announcements.
When a visitor makes a booking, they must agree to the club’s terms and condition.
The booking cannot be made without agreeing that Penmaenmawr Golf Club store their data for 2 years. It’s the responsibility of the visitor to notify Penmaenmawr Golf Club secretary of any data changes.
